2.延展(zhan)性好:銅合(he)金(jin)的(de)延展(zhan)率(lv)為20~40%,電(dian)工用銅的(de)延展(zhan)率(lv)在(zai)30%以上,而(er)鋁合(he)金(jin)僅(jin)為18%。
3.強度高(gao)(gao):常溫(wen)下的允許(xu)應力,銅比鋁分(fen)別高(gao)(gao)出7~28%。特別是高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)下的應力,兩者相(xiang)差更是甚遠。
4.抗(kang)疲勞(lao):鋁材反(fan)復(fu)折(zhe)彎易斷裂(lie),銅(tong)則不(bu)易。彈(dan)性(xing)指(zhi)標方面(mian),銅(tong)芯電(dian)線電(dian)纜的銅(tong)也比鋁高(gao)約1.7~1.8倍。
5.穩定性好,耐腐(fu)蝕:銅芯抗氧(yang)化(hua),耐腐(fu)蝕,而鋁芯容易受氧(yang)化(hua)和腐(fu)蝕。
